Good Measures makes it easy to update your rating and submit it directly to Good On You. Simply follow these three steps.
You can submit updates for review at any time. However, you’ll get the most out of the rating review if you wait until you’ve made meaningful improvements in your draft score.
This simply means you don’t need to make updates to these issues, as we’ve determined they’re not relevant to your brand.
After you hit “Submit”, Good On You’s expert analysts will review and verify the updates and evidence you’ve provided. While your rating is under review, you won’t be able to make further updates.
If something doesn’t look right with your public rating, contact us and we’ll look into it.
After your rating review is complete, you’ll receive an email with feedback on your updates. Here’s what you need to know if your evidence wasn’t accepted this time.
Answer based on material use in the past 12 months. If the precise percentage isn't available, round to the nearest tenth.
Most rating reviews are completed within 2-6 weeks.
